Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of decolumo.com and any order you place on it. Decolumo is operated by Primecore LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract starts when we email you to say the order has shipped, not when you pay. Until then we can decline the order and refund you in full, which we would only do if we were out of stock, the price was wrong, or the order looked fraudulent.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is free. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. Charges appear as Decolumo.com on your statement.

What we sell

We sell physical goods, once, at the price shown. There is no membership, no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind. Nothing on this site enrols you in anything.

Product descriptions

We describe products as accurately as we can and list real dimensions. Colours vary between screens, and handmade items vary between pieces. If what arrives is not what was described, that is a fault and the Refund Policy covers it.

Delivery

Delivery times on the Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

Returns

Your return rights are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the site

Do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

Our content

The text, images and layout on this site belong to Primecore LLC. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying what you ordered in the condition described. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the version live when you placed it.
