When we are open

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 to 16:00. Most emails are answered within 12 hours. If you write to us over a weekend it may take until Monday.

What to include

If your question is about an order, put the order number in the subject line. It is in your confirmation email and starts with DEC. If something arrived damaged, attach a photo and we can usually sort it in one reply instead of three.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Read the Refund Policy first, then email us and we will send you the return address.
