Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Decolumo collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Decolumo is operated by Primecore LLC.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order. We collect a record of the payment, but not your full card number. Card details are entered on our payment provider's form and we never see or store them.
When you browse the site we collect the basic technical data any web server records: the pages you request, your approximate location from your IP address, and the browser you use.
Why we collect it
To take payment, send you what you ordered, tell you where it is, answer your emails, and keep our own accounting records. We also use it to spot fraudulent orders.
Who we share it with
Our payment provider, so the charge can be processed. Our carrier, so the parcel can be delivered. Our email provider, so order emails reach you. Nobody else. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support emails are kept for two years. Everything else is deleted when it stops being useful.
Cookies
The site sets a cookie to remember what is in your basket and, if you are staff, to keep you signed in to the admin area. These are necessary for the site to work. We do not run advertising cookies or third party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@decolumo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete data we are legally required to keep, we will tell you which parts we cannot remove and why.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job and is protected by a password. If we ever suffer a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes we update this page. Orders are always handled under the version that was live when you ordered.
